In order to reserve a room for the 2013-2014 academic year, each student must pay a $750.00 housing deposit. This must be paid on or before February 15, 2012 in order to use our online housing system.

Please keep a few things in mind:

1. The housing deposit is not an extra fee - it will be applied to tuition for the fall 2013 semester. (This deposit is refundable through May 1, 2013). Please note that the housing deposit only holds a room reservation until the first due date for fall bills.

2. The housing deposit needs to be paid separately from any tuition payments.

3. Any student that is not registered for classes for the 2013 fall semester by the end of April, will be removed from housing, and will be assigned to what rooms are available after they have registered for classes.

4. This deposit does not apply to any student that will be commuting.

5. Any student that is academically ineligible at the end of the spring 2012 will be removed from housing in May 10, 2012.

6. If a student is opting to live off campus, please know that we require all of our students to reside on campus until they have reached senior status in completed credit hours, or commute from their parent's permanent address. Any student considering living off campus, must complete the Off Campus Contract located on their MyStuff account.

The $750 Housing Deposit can be paid in the following options:

- In Person: Student Accounts Cashiers Office, Roberts Hall, Room 106.

- Phone: 336-841-9259 (please have the student?s ID number when calling to make payment) Student Accounts accept MasterCard, Discover or American Express. There will be an additional 2% transaction fee when using this method of payment. No eCheck over the phone.

- Online through MyStuff: MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or eCheck. There will be an additional 2% transaction fee when using a credit or debit card. No fee with eCheck.
