Living and Learning Communities are a part of the dynamic residential living options at High Point University. Learning Communities encourage students with similar interests inside and outside the classroom to actively engage in learning, not only with each other, but also from each other. These communities help to create a cohort-based, interdisciplinary approach to higher education. Living and learning communities help students relate to one another on numerous levels and can have a great impact on their overall experience.

Currently High Point is home to three living and learning communities. The Fine Arts community is located at North College Court, the Honors Scholar program houses students on the third and fourth floors of York Residence Hall, and the Media Fellows community is located in Belk Residence Hall.
